Online slot developer IGT (International Game Technology) announced the release of its latest slot game this week in the form of Transformers – Battle for Cybertron.
Transformers – Battle for Cybertron is a 5 reel, 40 pay-line slot that is based on the hit movie franchise directed by Michael Bay and starring Shia Lebeouf and Megan Fox. The symbols on the reels include all the favourite characters from the reels including Optimus Prime, Megatron, Bumblebee and Shockwave.
Wagerworks had previously released a Transformers – Ultimate Payback slot back in 2009 when in a partnership with IGT but Wagerworks has since cut its ties with IGT and is now working with Scientific Games. This is IGT’s first attempt at a Transformers branded slot.
Players can win big prizes in a slot that has free spins, multipliers, Wilds and Scatters. There are four different bonus prizes you can choose from in the free spins bonus round with each bonus prize being represented by a different character from the movie and offering a different number of free spins and multiplier value.
The game also comes with a fantastic Freefall Symbols feature that means whenever a winning combination is hit across the reels, those symbols involved in the winning combination will disappear and be replaced by new symbols.
IGT Interactive Commercial Director Leigh Nissim stated “Our relationship with Hasbro enables us to produce some of the most sought-after online real-money slots and Transformers Battle for Cybertron has all the ingredients required to become a top-performing IGT title. Players will love the interaction with their favourite Transformers characters, as well as the combination of amazing visuals and sounds with the innovative, high-energy game play.”Online slot developer IGT (International Game Technology) announced the release of its latest slot game this week in the form of Transformers – Battle for Cybertron.
