Microgaming release five new NextGen slot games
Leading online gambling software developer Microgaming is set to confirm the release of five new slot games on its QuickFire platform after agreeing a deal with the Australian-based developer NextGen Gaming.
The games are expected to be available for release this month and it will bring the total number of NextGen games available to play on Microgaming’s QuickFire platform to 25.
The five games being released are California Gold, Enchanted Mermaid, Gold Ahoy, Hot Hot Volcano and The Snake Charmer. California Gold is a game based on the great gold rush where players must search for gold nuggets and big prizes. Enchanted Mermaid is a game where players can enjoy a mix of multipliers and free spins. In Gold Ahoy, players can experience the pirate theme where the bonus round involves players searching for gold treasure and prizes. Hot Hot Volcano is a game where molten lava wilds and an Eruption bonus give it a unique appeal. The Snake Charmer is a 5 reel slot game where the expanding wilds are represented by charmed snakes.
David Johnson, NextGen International Partner Manager, said "Operators need to keep their sites fresh with regular quality releases, and only NextGen games feature advanced slots technologies such as true reel spin, with the symbols spinning past exactly as they appear on the reels, allowing players to follow their symbols and chase triggering events."
Johnson also stated that there were plans for further games to be released by NextGen as part of the deal with Microgaming.
“Look out for NextGen’s Intereel and Diamond Quest jackpots coming soon; two more innovations designed to put players in the driving seat of their gaming experience and provide internet casino operators with repeat play profits,” he confirmed.
