Snooker’s intense and high-tempo Shoot-Out event is set to be sponsored by 888Casino it was confirmed this week.

Snooker’s intense and high-tempo Shoot-Out event is set to be sponsored by 888Casino it was confirmed this week.
The event is scheduled to take place between 24th January and 26th January, 2014 at the Tower Circus Arena in Blackpool. The tournament will consist of matches being played in one frame with a 10 minute time limit per frame and a shot clock included to speed up play.
Those players ranked in the top 64 of the world rankings will be invited to attend and participate in the event and the event will receive media coverage from Sky Sports over its three day period.
Some of the world’s top players will be turning up to play with Steve Davis, Stuart Bingham, Joe Perry, Graeme Dott, Matthew Stevens, Jimmy White, Peter Ebdon and Mark Allen just some of the players who played last year when Martin Gould won the title.
