Ice Cube in trouble after alleged attack on Rabbi outside a casino
NWA-rapper and filmmaker Ice Cube is being sued by a rabbi following an alleged attack outside the MGM Casino in Detroit, Michigan.
According to reports on celebrity news website TMZ, Ice Cube clashed with rabbi P. Taras outside the casino after they accidentally bumped into each other. Taras said that he was then subjected to a string of anti-Semitic epithets before being beaten up by Ice Cube’s entourage.
Taras believed that Ice Cube had become incensed by his wearing of a yarmulke, a traditional head wear worn by Jewish men.
The rabbi is believed to be suing the rapper for $2million following the alleged attack.
Ice Cube, real name O’Shea Jackson, told TMZ that the altercation had not happened and that the rabbi’s claims are not true.
He is currently in the middle of promoting an upcoming biopic about NWA.
